In a diabetic’s daily diet, vegetables and salads, wholegrain products, rice and potatoes, and to some extent fresh fruit should take a firm first place. Good fats in the form of unsaturated fats such as vegetable oils should also be consumed.
Diabetics are highly recommended to follow a rounded vegetarian, and especially omni-molecular, diet. Due to the minerals and vital substances it contains, this will mobilize countless enzymes and digestive juices, and thus quite markedly improve the metabolism.
For this reason a diabetic can incorporate WurzelKraft (AlkaLife) well in his daily diet, with five to seven tablespoons taken throughout the day.
Diabetics should avoid the indulgence foods of our times and their heavy acid content, fast foods and light drinks which contain sweeteners such as aspartame. In the USA these are considered to be responsible for numerous diseases of modern civilization. Diabetics should also not smoke as this increases the risk of vascular damage.
They should also abstain from eating animal protein, as eaten in large quantities animal protein both minimizes the effect of insulin and also, in combination with industrial sugars, leads to a buildup of waste products in the blood vessels and causes them to become narrower, which often results in constantly increasing blood pressure. If this is treated with drugs to reduce the blood pressure, this can quickly lead to impotence in men.
Of course particular restraint is also called for in respect of sweet juices, lemonade, ice cream and chocolate, and all confectionery containing denaturated white industrial sugar. This obviously also applies to jams and candies.
The regulatory system of our metabolism reacts to all of these “sugar impacts” with an unnatural stimulation of the insulin-producing beta cells in our pancreas, which then discharge large quantities of insulin into the blood. This involves activities which have never been developed by nature throughout its long evolution.
This unnaturally high production of insulin soon leads to low blood sugar, which in turn leads to an intense longing for sugar, and the resultant consumption of sugar again leads to a shot of insulin, etc. But it is possible to escape from this vicious circle or rollercoaster.
If you are a diabetic you should orientate your diet around eating as many raw vegetables and salads as you can, with the regular addition of the omni-molecular supplement we recommend, namely five to seven tablespoons or more of WurzelKraft every day.
Start your day with a breakfast of MorgenStund´. To make this, pour around 200 ml of hot water over two to three tablespoons of the dry mixture. Stir, then leave for ten minutes to expand and cool down to eating temperature. Now stir in two teaspoons or two tablespoons of WurzelKraft.
For your second course you can eat some raw vegetables. This is healthier for diabetics than raw fruit.
Drink two cups of 7×7 KräuterTee (7×7 AlkaHerb) and one or two glasses of water with your breakfast. During the day diabetics can and should drink one to two cups of the tea and also one to two litres of water. You should not omit the WurzelKraft because your kidneys need this mineral support.
Keep your diet as close to nature as possible with a breakfast of MorgenStund´ as just described, and by eating as many raw vegetables and salads as you can, with WurzelKraft, the tea and non-carbonated water.
Support the continuous cleansing and elimination of your organism with alkaline foot baths and by wearing AlkalineStockings overnight or also during the day.
You don’t have to be afraid of inflammations or infections developing in the alkaline foot bath. There are no inflammations in the alkalinity of the alkaline foot bath, which has a pH value of around 8.5. The alkalinity is an effective natural antibiotic.
Warm alkaline compresses are also helpful for diabetics and their pancreas, applied below the navel for 45 minutes at a time.
